Your Supporters Deserve Your Best

iStock_000031754158SmallI’m angry and I’m not kidding. Bad apples can spoil the bunch.

Yesterday fundraisers received a wake-up call. Quadriga Art, the self-proclaimed 70-year-old global leader in direct marketing and creative services for nonprofit organizations and fundraising agencies was fined nearly $25 million by the New York State Attorney General’s office.

CNN led a three-year investigation into Quadriga Art’s shameless preying on supporters of the Disabled Veterans National Foundation.

New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman commented saying, “To take the money that people are trying to spend to help disabled veterans just to feed your own overhead and to pay off your executives as Quadriga did here is pretty despicable.”

I agree.
