Once I’ve downloaded excel data, how do I sort and filter in excel?

To filter certain responses, place a filter on the column of the question that correlates with the response you’re trying to filter. You can do this by clicking on the cell labeled with the question and then going to “Data” in excel and clicking on “Filter.” Arrows will appear on each of the top cells in the first row. Click on the arrow for the cell you’re filtering and select the box that shows the desired response. Your data will then be filtered to show the group of people who responded in that way.
