How to get your organization set up for SSO with MarketSmart

Let your Strategist and/or Project Manager know that you would like to have SSO enabled for your organization. Before you launch your campaign(s), we’ll ask you to provide the following information:
– First name, last name, email address, and user type* for each person who should have access to the dashboard (please send a .csv file)
– *MarketSmart has two user types – Admin and Standard. Admin users have the ability to change legacy gift consideration status for – supporters. Standard users are not able to edit legacy gift consideration status.
– SSO client ID (this is something your IT team will provide)
– SSO client secret (this is something your IT team will provide)
– IDP domain (this is something your IT team will provide)
