✅ Great MGO: Has many great opportunities in the pipeline and never dependent on one particular donor.

❌ Average MGO: Doesn’t want to look ignorant, so never asks for help.

✅ Great MGO: Always seeks to learn and asks for help.

❌ Average MGO: Says no for the donor.

✅ Great MGO: Presents opportunities to the donor knowing that we are not all knowing regardless of how well informed we think we are.

❌ Average MGO: Bases asks off of the wealth screening data.

✅ Great MGO: Determines ask amounts and timing based off what the donor shared with them.

Make these changes and you’ll see dramatic results.
