There’s a brand new filter in town! Say hello to an improved dashboard list segmenting and building process. You’ll notice there are only four filter categories and a new box for “saved filters”:
You spoke….and we listened! You let us know it would be helpful to be able to download all charts from a campaign into a single pdf. You can now do so by clicking on “Effort Reports” in Reports to access charts and graphs for each of your individual campaigns AND all charts for a single campaign.
We realized that demographic data was being scored multiple times if a supporter filled out the same answers to multiple questions. This issue has been fixed and is a retroactive change, meaning lead scores may decrease, so take a look at your prospect data and see how it may have changed.
You can now click on a consideration stage in Overview and link to the supporters who have a certain consideration stage.
Lastly, don’t forget you can sign-up for email notifications and make sure you’re always up-to-date on your dashboard activity.
If you like what you see (or you don’t) let us know your thoughts! We are always looking for ways to improve! I welcome your feedback – please reach out to me directly.
