New Filters and Save Campaign Report Charts

Filters

There’s a brand new filter in town! Say hello to an improved dashboard list segmenting and building process. You’ll notice there are only four filter categories and a new box for “saved filters”:

  • Saved Filters
    • That’s right! Once you apply filters to your data, click “Save Filter” to name that filter and save it in the dashboard. You can save as many as you’d like, and can toggle between different filters in All Supporters, Legacy Gifts, and Mapping.
  • Campaigns
    • Lists all of your campaigns
  • Gift likelihood
    • Displays legacy gift likelihood AND major gift likelihood based on questions that were asked in your campaigns
  • Demographics
    • Shows all demographic information of your supporters
  • Location
    • Displays different location filters. Once you select a state or province, you can get even more specific by selecting cities and zip codes.

Effort Reports

You spoke….and we listened! You let us know it would be helpful to be able to download all charts from a campaign into a single pdf. You can now do so by clicking on “Effort Reports” in Reports to access charts and graphs for each of your individual campaigns AND all charts for a single campaign.

Removing Demographic Duplicate Scores

We realized that demographic data was being scored multiple times if a supporter filled out the same answers to multiple questions. This issue has been fixed and is a retroactive change, meaning lead scores may decrease, so take a look at your prospect data and see how it may have changed.

Consideration Pulse Tooltips are Now Clickable

You can now click on a consideration stage in Overview and link to the supporters who have a certain consideration stage.

Don’t Forget!

Lastly, don’t forget you can sign-up for email notifications and make sure you’re always up-to-date on your dashboard activity.

If you like what you see (or you don’t) let us know your thoughts! We are always looking for ways to improve! I welcome your feedback – please reach out to me directly.
