When it comes to connecting with your supporters, the more relevant information you have, the better. Wouldn’t it be great to have access to their social media profiles, current career information, and more, before you coordinate a visit? Now you can further qualify your supporters (and recognize them!) with our most recent dashboard update!
While in BETA you will have access to this information for FREE. Please leverage it and let our team know how it has been helpful (or not) in your supporter qualification and prioritization.
Please reach out to dashboard@imarketsmart.com or Elizabeth at 301.289.3670 x130 for more information. Or, if you’d like to schedule a demo with our Product Manager, click here.
Thank you for letting us know that “Respondents” wasn’t as useful as knowing who was actively subscribed in your automated cultivation series. After speaking with you, we learned that this should be called “Subscribers” and the number of subscribers should be based on the supporters who responded to a campaign, opted-in to receive drip emails from you, and are part of the segments you outlined with your Strategist and Project Manager to receive cultivation messages.
You may notice a difference in the numbers you were seeing for Respondents, Engaged Subscribers, and Opted-Out. The update with “Subscribers” is a more accurate representation to show you who is actually receiving automated cultivation emails.
When printing out a supporter’s Donor 360, you’ll now be able to see any associated Zillow information.
We’ve made a lot of updates to your dashboard this past year! We’ve enhanced the FAQ page with the most popular questions from fundraisers like you. If there’s something missing, please let us know!
Lastly, do not forget you can sign-up for email notifications here and make sure you are always up-to-date on your dashboard activity.
If you like what you see (or you don’t) let us know your thoughts! We are always looking for ways to improve! I welcome your feedback – please reach out to me directly.
All my best,
Elizabeth Weiland
