Email Reports enhancements are here! Check out the updates below that provide you with a better overview of your MarketSmart Email Performance.
Find Email Reports and Effort Reports in the navigation menu under REPORTING.
Review your Email Metrics for all emails or filtered by Email Category and/or Type (read more on filters below). This panel includes totals for emails sent, recipients, and unsubscribes; additionally view average rates for opens, clicks, and unsubscribes.
In Email Engagement you’ll find your top 3 emails with the highest click rates and hours your organization has saved by investing in automated Cultivation. Your hours saved represents a running total to visualize the value of having a Virtual Gift Officer on your team. Instead of spending time researching prospects and emailing valuable content to engaged supporters, the MarketSmart Cultivation series provides that service for you.
Customize your reporting experience by viewing All Emails (the default) or those within a particular Email Category or Type. Email Categories include Invitation, Cultivation, and Thank You emails. Within Invitation and Cultivation emails you can also filter down to the Email Type such as Survey Invitation or Stewardship Cultivation.
Where email previews are available, you’ll notice an eye icon
Please note, the email preview feature was introduced in 2020 for emails sent by MarketSmart. Previews only apply to emails sent after this feature is enabled. Past email sends that do not have previews will remain this way. We are working on updates that will enable you to see previews for all future emails and will keep you posted on when this is available.
Get your email exports in one location. Simply click the Export button to see your options and select a menu item to begin the download.
Sort your average rates to quickly see which emails performed best.
We’ve included some minor bug fixes and style changes.
