Here’s a roundup of some major updates we’ve made to your MarketSmart Dashboard thanks to your feedback. Be sure to refresh your Dashboard once you’ve logged in to see the changes. Watch the demo video below or scroll down to read about the updates.
There is a new Overview Page! You can now see your progress towards qualifying, disqualifying, and contacting supporters who have engaged with your System. In this section, we tee up five leads we recommend you contact today.
In addition to your legacy and major gift pipelines, you will be able to see how many supporters have moved up in consideration over time and the cultivation emails with the most engagement.
One of the most requested features we heard from our User Advisory Group was the need to save a supporter for later. Whether you need more information about a supporter and don’t want them to fall off your radar, or you have to jump on the one millionth zoom call of the year, you can now file these supporters in the Save For Later page. Simply click “Save for later” in a donor profile.
We have made it easier to qualify, disqualify, and save supporters for later in each Donor Profile. Printing, sharing links, and updating consideration statuses are still included.
If you have had a CGA or IRA question in a survey or another Effort, check out these options in the “Gift Likelihood” filter.
Let us know what you think of these updates by commenting below or emailing dashboard@imarketsmart.com. We read every single response. You can also use the chat tool on the bottom right side of your Dashboard to have any additional questions answered by a real human! 🙋
YOU made this possible. If you want to have a say in the features we create in the Dashboard, join our User Advisory Group today.
