Why do some supporters have no digital body language even though they filled out a form?

We place a cookies on web browsers to track how supporters are engaging with your microsite or any efforts you’re sending out with MarketSmart. There are some instances where digital body language will not show up for a supporter. Sometimes people have their internet browser settings set in such a way that it blocks cookies from being placed on their browser. Also, if someone is visiting a link in incognito, we will not be able to track that information.
