Why are some supporters missing Donor Journey?

Supporters have Donor Journeys when they have responded to a legacy gift consideration question in a survey or other campaign. This portion of Donor 360 will show how a supporter has moved up, down, or remained the same in their legacy consideration process. If a supporter does not have a Donor Journey, it is because they have not answered a legacy gift consideration question.
