We send email campaigns on behalf of our clients usually in 2-3 different email blasts. A small preliminary blast (depending on your list size) will be sent one day prior to your main email blast. This is so that we can make sure you have satisfactory open and click rates, ensure that data is going to the dashboard properly, and that your bounces and spam complaints are below our thresholds.
Our warning spam rate is .3% and our threshold is .5%. Your Project Manager will look at the preliminary send results the day after this email blast was sent and report your results back to you.
If spam rates hit our threshold, we will temporarily pause the email campaign until the issue has been resolved. This might include getting your data team involved to make sure spam complaints and unsubscribes have been removed from your list.
