Ultimately, Verbatims and Digital Body Language determine a supporter’s score. Verbatims are what a supporter tells us, whether it be questions asked on a survey or answering a form on a microsite. Different questions are scored differently. For instance, if someone indicates that they are likely to talk to a gift officer, that will highly and positively impact their score. If a supporter indicates that they are not likely to include a gift to an organization, that will negatively impact their score. Digital Body Language, or online events and pages visited, also impacts someone’s score. The longer they visit the site and the deeper they go, the more positively a score is impacted.
