As the Director of Solutions, reporting to the CRO, your core responsibilities are to lead, manage, and hold accountable the Sales Team in its effort to set and achieve the Company’s revenue goals. As a Project Manager, you’ll be asked to provide organizational and coordination expertise to the MarketSmart Team and to customers, as needed, to ensure timely delivery of customer product systems and efforts. Minimum Requirements – Master Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or closely related field, OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, or closely related field; AND Five (5) years of experience in the offered position or equivalent.

We’re looking for a marketing person who is really smart, energetic and detail-oriented. You’ll write, edit, and create content, repurpose content, post content online, engage with fundraisers by posting comments and discussions in their “online watering holes” (chat groups, social media, blogs, etc.) and post helpful links that will drive traffic back to us. Also, the right person will create 3 different podcasts involving interviews of leaders in the field. And, you’ll help develop in-house training materials and manuals to get new employees up-to-speed (we’re growing and this will help us scale).
We can set appointments for you but can you make the presentations, communicate our value proposition, write the proposals, move the deals forward, and close ’em? If so, we need you!
