If you want to learn how to engage potential investors and jumpstart funding by understanding the lexicon of change in the nonprofit sector and the thinking behind it, listen to what Greg had to say. He communicates the difference between charity and philanthropy, sustainable funding and transformation, a mission statement and a message and more. The wisdom he imparts is the difference between just another nonprofit begging for money and a movement to change the sector and impact lives

I want to make a difference, with people who make a difference at a time that makes a difference - - You have made the pathway clear - this is a great start to changing our minds and thoughts on how to attract people to direct and circulate the resources we have to make that difference. I especially like how you encourage people to use technology so that they don't have to focus on the transaction (the HOW to give) and instead focus on working together more effectively and focus on others (WHY we give). Thank you for launching this podcast!

Greg has done a great job of deconstructing time-tested truths of fundraising and reconstructed them for the digital age, in terms we can understand. This podcast offers lots of substance. You'll want to save it for another listen!

I love Greg's REAL take on what it's like to be a donor and how donors want to be engaged. If you want a podcast that's friendly, conversational and humorous, listen to this one. Engagement fundraising just plain makes sense!! Keep it up!

Stop sending me those silly labels with our names wrong. Greg does a great job in spelling out what the fundraiser needs to do to help the donors feel appreciated. Engage with us, send relevant information, listen. Bravo!

Greg does a great job breaking down engagement fundraising into its component parts, demonstrating the importance of proper messaging to engaging your donors and growing your fundraising achievement.

Feeling like your job is getting harder because donor expectations have changed and competition for the charitable dollar is growing?
Finding that the old orthodoxies and conventions espoused by so-called experts in online echo-chambers and at conferences don’t work anymore?
Want to help more people make impact by facilitating their acts of philanthropy but feel like too many obstacles keep getting in your way?
Then this book is for you.
Engagement Fundraising was developed from the perspective of a donor who discovered firsthand that the impersonal, spray-and-pray approaches of his beloved charity were not only offensive but also wasteful and ineffective. So he took action. And now, you can too.
