This year we’ve been talking a lot about what makes donors give more. We’ve worked with our pal Dr. Russell James to determine which “words work,” what it looks like “inside the mind of the planned giving donor,” and why some “wills won’t” in future.
But, as we end the year, I figured I’d share with you what science says about YOU and how you can be happier in 2015.
Here’s a list of the top 10 things you can do to be happier… all backed by science.
1. Exercise more
2. Sleep more
3. Move closer to work to shorten your commute
4. Spend time with friends and family
5. Go outside more
6. Help others
7. Practice smiling
8. Plan a trip – but don’t actually take one
9. Meditate
10. Practice gratitude
